(“we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Company”) is a Philippines-based systems integrator providing video surveillance, access control, structured cabling/networking, fire detection and alarm systems (FDAS), intrusion detection, PBX, and public address/voice alarm (PA/VA) solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information collected through our website, www.bwears.com (the “Site”), in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

It does not govern data captured, stored, or processed by security systems we design, install, or maintain on behalf of our clients (e.g., CCTV, access control logs), which remain the responsibility of the respective client as data controller.
