These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.bwears.com (the “Site”), operated by BWEARS Security Corp. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a systems integrator based in the Philippines providing video surveillance, access control, structured cabling/networking, fire detection and alarm systems (FDAS), intrusion detection, PBX, intercom, and PA/VA or PA/BGM solutions to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. USE OF THE SITE

The Site is provided for general information about our company, services, and to allow you to submit inquiries, request quotes, or apply for job opportunities. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. QUOTES, INQUIRIES AND SITE SURVEYS

Submitting a contact form, quote request, or site survey request through the Site does not create a contractual relationship between you and the Company. Any resulting engagement — including scope of work, pricing, equipment/brand selection, delivery timelines, and permitting responsibilities — will be governed by a separate, mutually signed agreement or purchase order, the terms of which shall take precedence over any general statements made on this Site.

Typical project timelines, procurement lead times, and other operational details referenced on the Site are general estimates only and may vary based on project complexity, site conditions, and product availability.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design elements — is owned by or licensed to the Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Philippine Intellectual Property Code (Republic Act No. 8293).
